Marketing Officer

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports the Marketing Manager in supervising the department operations; assists in the formulation and administration of policies to maintain the integrity of the AffinityPlus Credit Union.

  • Accomplishes operational strategic goals and objectives; assists with the annual marketing plan and budget.

  • Contributes to achieving the financial objectives of the Credit Union; schedules expenditures to ensure cost effectiveness.

  • Provides direct supervision over assigned staff, regularly and consistently monitoring and evaluating job performance, advising and leading efforts to address staff performance and development needs.

  • Leads the successful coordination of all sanctioned Credit Union events and outreach initiatives within budget and in alignment with AffinityPlus’ brand.

E-Services, Processing and Call Center Supervisor

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversees the operations and staff of automatic clearing house (ACH) transactions, card services (debit and credit cards), online banking and the call center, ensuring optimal performance and service excellence.

  • Oversees the operation of the ACH systems and processing of the transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.       

  • Manages ACH transaction queues, oversees the reconciliation of daily transactions, and troubleshoots issues.

  • Manages all card-related activities, including issuance, replacements, fraud alerts, and member queries for debit and credit cards.

  • Liaises with our service providers to resolve escalated/complex disputes and enhance card services.

Student Internships

From time to time, we offer Internships to young persons in order for them to gain valuable work force experience. We give preference to the young members of AffinityPlus Credit Union Ltd. but will consider applications from any persons over the age of 16 years. Internships usually take place in the summer months between June to August. If we are accepting applications for student interns there will be a link below to apply.

Job Search

Applicants can view our online listing of current career opportunities. There you will be able to see what positions are available, review the job descriptions as well as the qualifications which we are looking for.

Applying Online

Select one or more of the positions that you are qualified for and are interested in and upload your CV and Cover Letter.

We will review your application within 2 business days. Applicants that best meet the qualifications required for open positions will be contacted by phone so that we can set up an interview to learn more about your background, experience and career interests.

Interviewing

Applicants will interview with the hiring Manager or a panel that includes the hiring Manager.

First interviews are an opportunity for us to review your work history, verify your information, ask questions as well as provide you with additional information about the position and our Organization. Typically, the first interview takes approximately 30-45 minutes. In addition, we may request some additional online or in-person testing as a part of the interview process.

Job Offers

Prior to extending a job offer, we will conduct reference checks, run a background check, and verify your education and employment. All offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background and reference check.

Acceptance

Upon your acceptance of a position, we will require a Police Certificate of Character as well as copies of your Certifications for our records.
