Application Guidelines

All applications must include a formal cover letter and curriculum vitae (CV), addressed to the Chief Human Resource and Organisation Development Officer.

Loans Supervisor

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring strong credit quality and portfolio performance by overseeing loan assessments, enforcing consistent underwriting standards and monitoring loan accounts for signs of delinquency.

  • Tracking product metrics to drive feature development and product upgrades.

  • Leading and developing a high-performing lending team, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Overseeing the Branches’ lending operations, ensuring end-to-end loan processing aligns with policies, regulations and risk standards, while leading the team to deliver efficient, member-focused credit services.

Marketing Assistant

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with the creation of advertising strategies by sourcing advertising opportunities; writing advertising copy and content; editing and advising on the creation of promotional material for the print, electronic, social media, and direct mail channels.

  • Coordinating the production of photographic, videographic and illustrative material.

  • Collecting, compiling and analysing data to recommend short-term and long-term strategic goals and objectives.

Deadline for submissions is July 6, 2026.

 

Assistant Internal Auditor

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.

  • Enhancing the effectiveness of systems by examining and evaluating financial and information systems & records to assess accuracy and conformance to reporting, procedural and performance standards.

  • Providing direct supervision over assigned staff, monitoring and evaluating job performance, advising and leading efforts to address staff performance and development needs.

Student Internships

From time to time, we offer Internships to young persons in order for them to gain valuable work force experience. We give preference to the young members of AffinityPlus Credit Union Ltd. but will consider applications from any persons over the age of 16 years. Internships usually take place in the summer months between June to August. If we are accepting applications for student interns there will be a link below to apply.

Job Search

Applicants can view our online listing of current career opportunities. There you will be able to see what positions are available, review the job descriptions as well as the qualifications which we are looking for.

Applying Online

Select one or more of the positions that you are qualified for and are interested in and upload your CV and Cover Letter.

We will review your application within 2 business days. Applicants that best meet the qualifications required for open positions will be contacted by phone so that we can set up an interview to learn more about your background, experience and career interests.

Interviewing

Applicants will interview with the hiring Manager or a panel that includes the hiring Manager.

First interviews are an opportunity for us to review your work history, verify your information, ask questions as well as provide you with additional information about the position and our Organization. Typically, the first interview takes approximately 30-45 minutes. In addition, we may request some additional online or in-person testing as a part of the interview process.

Job Offers

Prior to extending a job offer, we will conduct reference checks, run a background check, and verify your education and employment. All offers are contingent upon a satisfactory background and reference check.

Acceptance

Upon your acceptance of a position, we will require a Police Certificate of Character as well as copies of your Certifications for our records.
