AffinityPlus Online Banking gives you total control over your account. Members can access their accounts through the website or our free AffinityPlus mobile app. The platform is easy to use and secure.

To sign up for Online Banking, visit any branch, call 436-5600 during regular business hours (Monday- Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm, or every last Saturday of the month ) or email memberexperience@affinityplusbb.com .

You can enjoy using these services wherever you are, whenever it suits you. In addition, your privacy, security and safety are of the utmost importance to us. We continuously monitor our systems to ensure your account information is kept secure and confidential.

Already have online banking?

  • Choose a username that does not include your member number

  • Confirm email address

  • Confirm mobile number

  • Enter password

Enjoy Easy Member to Member Transfer Options

To complete a one-time transfer:

  • Select the Top Left Menu Bar

  • Select ‘Transfer’

  • Select ‘Account Transfer’:

  • Complete all Fields

Please note the following:

  • Select the ‘Transfer to Another Member’ from the ‘To Account Field’

  • Account Type must always be ‘Savings’

To Add another AffinityPlus Account to Facilitate a Recurring Transfer of Funds

  • Select the Top Left Menu Bar

  • Select ‘Transfer”

  • Select ‘Add Member Account’ and then Add Account

  • The Added Account will become permanently visible in your ‘To Account’ Menu Option

  • Complete your Transfer

Follow the steps below to log in to Online or Mobile Banking with 2FA.

Step 1

  • Visit the online banking webpage or the AffinityPlus Banking App

  • Enter your username (account number) and password, then click "Log In.”

  • Look out for an "Additional Authentication" page/window to appear.

  • Choose the delivery method to receive the Access Code - You can select your email address or cell number (text message)

  • Click the Send Access Code Button

Step 2

  • Enter the access code you received via email or text message and click continue to successfully log in to your account.

  • If the code expires, request a new one.
