Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer and Administration

1.1. The “ATM to POS — Master Your Money” campaign (the “Campaign”) is organized by AffinityPlus Credit Union Limited (the “Organizer” or “AffinityPlus”), solely with respect to its own members.

1.2. The Campaign is operated and administered on behalf of the Organizer by Capita Financial Services Inc. (the “Administrator”), with campaign services provided by K2 Investments Inc. (the “Operator”), a service provider engaged through Mastercard International Incorporated. Mastercard is not an organizer of the Campaign and awards no prizes. 1.3. These Terms govern exclusively the Campaign run by AffinityPlus for its members. The Campaign is independent from any prior or parallel campaign (including the “Back to School — Education Powered by Capita” campaign), and from the parallel campaign run by another credit union under the same creative concept; transactions made with cards issued by any other institution do not count under these Terms.

2. Campaign Period

2.1. The Campaign runs from October 15, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. to November 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., Atlantic Standard Time (AST) (the “Campaign Period”).

2.2. There are no interim cuts: the Campaign has a single final ranking, determined after the close of the Campaign Period. Only Qualifying POS Transactions carried out and posted within the Campaign Period toward the ranking; transactions posted after the close do not count, even if initiated before it.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Participation is open to natural persons who, throughout the Campaign Period: (a) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; (b) are members of AffinityPlus; and (c) hold an Eligible Card (Section 4.1) that is active and in good standing.

3.2. The following persons are not eligible to participate or receive prizes: directors, officers and employees of the Organizer, the Administrator, the Operator, Mastercard, and any agency or supplier directly involved in the Campaign, as well as the members of their immediate household or immediate family (spouse or partner, parents, children and siblings).

3.3. Entry is automatic: every eligible member who makes at least one (1) Qualifying POS Transaction during the Campaign Period is automatically included in the ranking. No registration, fee or minimum spend target is required to enter.

3.4. Participants must remain in good standing (no card cancellation, delinquency on any account or loan facility held with the Organizer, or breach of the cardholder agreement) at the close of the Campaign Period and at the time of prize delivery, as determined by the Organizer in accordance with its ordinary policies, applied consistently to all participants.

3.5. Opt-out. Any member may opt out of the Campaign, and of the processing of his or her transaction data for Campaign purposes, at any time before the close of the Campaign Period by contacting the Organizer through the channels in Section 15. Opting out removes the member from the ranking and does not affect the member’s accounts, cards or services with the Organizer.

4. Eligible Cards and Qualifying POS Transactions

4.1. “Eligible Card” means any Mastercard debit card issued by AffinityPlus.

4.2. “Qualifying POS Transaction” means a purchase of goods or services made with an Eligible Card at a point-of-sale (POS) terminal or through e-commerce, in Barbados or abroad, that is authorized, settled and posted to the card account within the Campaign Period.

4.3. The following do not count as Qualifying POS Transactions: cash withdrawals at ATMs, cash advances, quasi-cash transactions and money transfers; payments of fees, interest, penalties or other account charges, and loan or obligation payments; gambling, betting or lottery transactions; transactions cancelled, reversed, refunded or subject to chargeback (their amount is deducted; Section 7.5 applies if deducted after a prize is awarded); and transactions that are unauthorized, fraudulent or made in breach of the cardholder agreement.

5. Mechanics and Ranking

5.1. The Campaign is a merit-based spending challenge that rewards the shift from cash to everyday card payments. There is no drawing, raffle, sweepstake or any other element of chance: winners are determined exclusively by their position in the final ranking.

5.2. At the close of the Campaign Period, participants are ranked in descending order of their “Campaign Score”, calculated as: (a) the total value, in Barbados dollars, of Qualifying POS Transactions posted to the participant’s Eligible Card(s) during the Campaign Period; minus (b) the total value, in Barbados dollars, of ATM cash withdrawals made with the participant’s Eligible Card(s) during the Campaign Period. Where a participant holds more than one Eligible Card, transactions on all Eligible Cards are aggregated. Only participants with a Campaign Score greater than zero are eligible for a prize. The thirty-six (36) participants with the highest Campaign Scores win the prizes set out in Section 8, by ranking position. Cash withdrawals do not count as Qualifying POS Transactions.

5.3. Progress communications and any leaderboard shown during the Campaign will identify participants only in pseudonymized form (e.g., first name and initial, or a masked member reference). Full rankings will not be published.

6. Tie-Breaking

6.1. If two or more participants have the same Campaign Score, the tie is resolved in favor of the participant with the higher total value of Qualifying POS Transactions during the Campaign Period. If the tie persists, it is resolved in favor of the participant whose first Qualifying POS Transaction of the Campaign Period was posted earliest.

6.2. Under no circumstances will a tie or any other aspect of the Campaign be resolved by lot, draw or any method involving chance.

7. Validation, Winner Determination and Notification

7.1. Winners are identified only after the close of the Campaign Period and the final validation of results and eligibility. Rankings are compiled from the Organizer’s transaction records, which are the sole authoritative source; amounts of excluded, reversed or refunded transactions are deducted. If an error in the compilation of the ranking is identified, the Organizer may correct it before or after winners are notified, and the corrected ranking shall prevail. Subject to applicable law and Section 15, the Organizer’s decisions on matters governed by these Official Terms and Conditions are final.

7.2. The Organizer will use reasonable efforts to determine and notify winners within ten (10) business days after the close of the Campaign Period, by email to the address registered with the Organizer and/or by phone. The Organizer will make at least three (3) attempts to contact each winner and is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive a notification sent to the contact details held on the member’s record.

7.3. iPhone prize: Mastercard will send the device directly to the Organizer. The Organizer will contact the winner, coordinate identity verification, and arrange physical delivery or collection of the device through an Organizer branch. Delivery or collection will take place within four (4) weeks of the winner’s confirmed acceptance.

7.4. Amazon.com Gift Cards: delivered digitally to the winner’s registered email address through a personalized communication stating the gift card value and redemption code applicable to that winner.

7.5. Winners must confirm acceptance and delivery details within ten (10) business days of notification. If a winner does not respond within that period, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize passes to the next participant in the ranking. If, after a prize is awarded, reversals, chargebacks or evidence of manipulation show that the ranking position was not legitimately obtained, the Organizer may require the return of the prize or its value and adjust the ranking.

8. Prizes

8.1. The Organizer awards thirty-six (36) prizes in total, by final ranking position, as follows (values in United States dollars): Ranking positions Prize Winners 1 Apple iPhone 17 Pro, 256 GB (approximate retail value USD $1,440), physical delivery coordinated individually 1 2–6 Amazon.com Gift Card USD $200 (delivered digitally) 5 7–36 Amazon.com Gift Card USD $100 (delivered digitally) 30 Total 36

8.2. Amazon.com gift cards are issued and redeemable subject to the terms and conditions of their issuer (including activation, expiration and country-of-use restrictions), which the Organizer does not control. Amazon.com Gift Cards may be redeemed only on the Amazon.com website towards eligible products; not all products can be shipped to Barbados, and shipping, duties and taxes on items purchased with a gift card are the winner’s responsibility. Amazon is not a sponsor of this promotion. Amazon.com Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account. See www.amazon.com/gc-legal for complete terms and conditions. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

8.3. Mastercard will send the iPhone prize directly to the Organizer, free of shipping costs and import charges. The Organizer is responsible for delivering the device to the winner at an address in Barbados or arranging collection at an Organizer branch. Product warranties are those of the manufacturer. Apple and Amazon are not sponsors of the Campaign, are not affiliated with it, and have no responsibility for it. iPhone is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

8.4. Prizes are personal, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, it will be replaced with a prize of equal or greater value.

8.5. Any tax applicable to the receipt of a prize is the responsibility of the winner and shall be handled in accordance with applicable Barbados law. The Organizer may withhold, deduct or report any amount where required by law, and may request from a winner any information reasonably needed to comply with tax, anti-money laundering or sanctions obligations; a prize may be withheld until that information is provided.

9. Winner Publicity and Image Consent

9.1. Winners may be invited to take part in photographs, videos or social media publications 4 (including winner posts or carousels) relating to the Campaign. Any use of a winner’s name, image or likeness in publicity requires the winner’s prior express written consent, granted through a separate image release. Declining to participate in publicity does not affect the winner’s right to receive the prize.

10. Personal Data

10.1. The Organizer is the data controller of its members’ personal data processed for the Campaign. The Administrator, the Operator and Mastercard process personal data on the controller’s behalf, under contract, solely to run the Campaign (segmentation, campaign communications, ranking computation, validation and prize fulfillment). None of them may use Campaign data for any other purpose. The Organizer processes Campaign data on the basis of its legitimate interest in operating a member benefit programme and, where required by law, the participant’s consent; members may object, or opt out under Section 3.5, at any time.

10.2. Data processed: member name, contact details, card reference and transaction data of the Campaign Period, strictly as needed to compute the ranking. Processing is carried out in accordance with the Barbados Data Protection Act, 2019-29.

10.3. Data may be processed on servers located outside Barbados, subject to appropriate safeguards. Campaign data will be retained only for the duration of the Campaign and for ninety (90) days thereafter for auditing and prize delivery, after which it will be deleted or anonymized, without prejudice to the Organizer’s ordinary records.

10.4. Participants may exercise their rights under the Data Protection Act, 2019-29 (including rights of access, rectification and objection) through the contact channel in Section 15 and may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commissioner for Barbados.

11. Disqualification

11.1. The Organizer may disqualify, and withhold or recover prizes from, any participant who: (a) manipulates or attempts to manipulate the ranking, including through simulated, circular or self-dealing transactions; (b) uses the card in breach of the cardholder agreement or applicable law; (c) provides false information in connection with the Campaign; or (d) engages in fraud or abuse of the Campaign mechanics; (e) makes transactions with a merchant owned or controlled by, or connected to, the participant or a member of the participant’s household, or splits, structures or repeats transactions with no genuine commercial purpose; or (f) is subject to legal or regulatory restrictions (including anti-money laundering or sanctions measures) that prevent the Organizer from awarding a prize.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. The Organizer and the Operator are not liable for: (a) failures of telecommunications networks, email delivery or third-party infrastructure beyond their reasonable control; (b) the redemption, availability or value of gift cards, which depend on their issuer; or (c) delays in the delivery of the physical prize attributable to carriers or customs, provided reasonable steps are taken to complete delivery; (d) errors in the compilation or communication of the ranking that are corrected under Section 7.1; or (e) the loss, theft or unauthorized use of a gift card code after it has been delivered to the winner’s registered email address.

12.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s total liability to any participant in connection with the Campaign is limited to the approximate retail value of the prize corresponding to that participant’s final ranking position (if any), and the Organizer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

12.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Barbados, including under applicable consumer protection legislation.

13. Changes, Suspension and Early Termination

13.1. The Organizer may modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign for legitimate operational, legal or regulatory reasons, or where the integrity of the Campaign is compromised by fraud, technical failure or events beyond its reasonable control. Changes will be announced through the same channels used to publish these Terms and will not affect positions legitimately earned at the time of the change. Any extension of the Campaign Period will be announced through the same channels before the original closing date. If the Campaign is terminated early, prizes will be awarded on the basis of the ranking at the termination date, subject to validation under Section 7.

14. Acceptance and Publication

14.1. Participation in the Campaign implies acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are available on the Organizer’s homepage at https://affinityplusbb.com/, accessible through the campaign banner, and prevail over any summary contained in advertising material (including emails, radio spots, in-branch materials, digital screens and homepage banners).

15. Queries and Contact

15.1. Queries regarding the Campaign, the ranking, prizes or personal data may be submitted through the Organizer’s official contact channels available at https://affinityplusbb.com/contact-us, or through the member service channels available on its website and at its branches. Queries about the final ranking should be raised within thirty (30) days after winners are notified.

16. Governing Law

16.1. These Terms and the Campaign are governed by the laws of Barbados. Any dispute not resolved through the contact channels above shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barbados.

16.2. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
