Accessible through AffinityPlus Online Banking platform and App, SMARTPay powered by BiMPay connects you to Barbados' new national instant payments system, allowing you to transfer funds in seconds between participating financial institutions.

How to Access SMARTPay

SMARTPay is available through the AffinityPlus Online Banking platform and App.

Log in to your AffinityPlus Online Banking account to use SMARTPay services or download or update the AffinityPlus App to access SMARTPay directly from your mobile device.

SMARTPay Bill Payments

Skip the lines and take the hassle out of paying your bills with SMARTPay. You can pay your bills 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Learn how to use the bill payment feature

Step 1

  • Sign up or log into our online banking platform

  • Select Bill Pay

  • Choose your account by clicking on the select list

 

Step 2

  • If you already have bill account registered, it will appear in the list or there is an option to add a new account.

  • If you need to add a new account, select “Add Account” and hit the submit button.

  • Review the list of available billers and insert your custom account number for the selected company and hit the submit button.

  • If you get an error, confirm with your biller your valid account number to pay via Surepay.

 

Step 3

  • You will be redirected to the Account list page, but this time you will see the newly added account with some additional data.

  • Select the desired account and hit the submit button.

  • Complete the required fields in the Bill to Pay / Payment form.

  • Make sure to select the BWU Credit Union account you want to transfer the funds from and indicate your payment amount, then hit the submit button.

 

Step 4

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear highlighting your selected biller & account number, the BWU Credit Union Account you are making the payment from, and the payment amount.

  • If all is well, hit the OK button to complete the transaction.

  • You can check your transactions in the User Activity menu option.
