• Clearly state your request to book an appointment with a Relationship Officer.

  • E.g, email subject line - "Appointment Request with a “Relationship Officer.."

• Include the following details.

  • Your full name

  • Preferred date and time for the appointment

  • Preferred Meeting Mode ( In-Person or Online)

  • Preferred location

  • A brief description of the loan or assistance you are seeking

• Wait for a confirmation email or call from our loans department. They will provide further instructions and confirm your appointment time.
