TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The promoter of this prize draw is AffinityPlus Credit Union Limited ("AffinityPlus"). The prize draw will be conducted during the AffinityPlus Credit Union Limited Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which will be held at the Frank Collymore Hall, Bridgetown, St. Michael, Barbados, on Saturday, June 27, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m.

1.      Eligibility

a. The prize draw is open to active members of AffinityPlus Credit Union who attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) who is attendance during the prize draw.

b. Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

c. Directors, Supervisory Committee members, Credit Committee members, subcommittee volunteers, employees, agents, and contractors of AffinityPlus are not eligible to enter or win the prize draw.

2.     How To Enter

a. Entry into the prize draw is automatic upon attendance and registration at the AffinityPlus AGM and the selected winner must be present for the prize draw.

b. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

c. Each eligible member will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.

3.    Prize

a. One (1) winner will receive a trip for one (1) person to attend the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU) Conference 2027.

b. The prize includes:

• Conference registration;

• Return economy airfare;

• Standard accommodation as determined by AffinityPlus.

c. The destination and dates of the conference are subject to confirmation by the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Unions (CCCU).

d. The prize does not include:

• Travel insurance;

• Meals not included in the conference package;

• Ground transportation not included in the official conference arrangements;

• Personal expenses, incidentals, or spending money;

• Passport, visa, vaccination, or other travel-related requirements.

e. The prize is not transferrable, if the selected individual is not able to travel to the CCCU Annual convention, another member may be selected to replace the original winner.

4.    Prize Draw And Winner Selection

a. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries at the AGM.

c. The winner must be present at the AGM to accept the award

d. If the winner declines the prize, or is deemed ineligible, AffinityPlus reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

5.    Prize Conditions

a. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

b. AffinityPlus reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

c. The winner must possess all required travel documents and satisfy all travel requirements applicable to the destination country.

6. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion, including photographs, video recordings, and social media announcements, without additional compensation.

7. Data Protection

Personal information collected for the administration of this prize draw will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and in accordance with AffinityPlus' privacy policies and applicable laws.

 8. General

a. AffinityPlus reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

b. AffinityPlus reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make such action necessary.

c. The decision of AffinityPlus regarding all matters relating to this promotion shall be final.

d. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
